Maqoor Academy is an online educational program that equips youth with essential knowledge on environmental issues, sustainable practices, and eco-solutions both in Armenia and globally. Through interactive workshops, the program builds a community of environmentally conscious individuals ready to take action in their local contexts. Impact and Numbers of Maqoor Academy
Since its launch in the second term of 2024, Maqoor Academy’s first cohort has graduated 30 young environmental leaders across Armenia. The program’s impact goes beyond education, it builds a national network of youth actively involved in environmental change. Two graduates from the last cohort became official members of Maqoor’s team, contributing to strategic planning, outreach, and fieldwork. The program continues to foster a growing national network of youth equipped with the knowledge to lead environmental initiatives in their regions.
